Why Walk?
Education is the foundation of a better future, and through this walk, we aim to raise crucial funds to support the educational needs of children under the care of Shelter Them Poverty Relief. Every step you take will bring us closer to providing these children with the tools they need to succeed.
How You Can Get Involved
-
Walk with Us: Lace up your walking shoes and join us from East Toronto or Burlington/Oakville as we make our way to Jack Darling Memorial Park. Whether you walk the full 22km or join us for part of the journey, your participation matters
-
Sponsor the Event: Businesses and individuals can become sponsors and support this vital cause. Your sponsorship will not only help us reach our fundraising goals but will also give you the opportunity to connect with a community that values giving back
- Donate: Even if you can’t walk with us, your donation can still make a significant impact. Every dollar raised will go directly to supporting education for children in need. All donations are payable to Shelter Them Poverty Relief and are eligible for a tax receipt
