Shelter Support

Shelter Them rescued children who were living on the streets of Kigali but also other vulnerable children facing different vulnerability status such as abandoned children, children who live with poor families, disabled children living in families with extreme poverty and children living together with parents suffering from chronicle diseases and living in extreme poverty as well.

All these types of disadvantaged people normally find problem to have adequate shelter, sometimes they don’t have any. For all people of this kind who find refuge in the hands of Shelter Them, we were able to rent shelter or built houses for them. Currently Shelter Them has built 19 houses for 19 families and rent for 5 families. This project is ongoing and we plan to build more houses for other vulnerable people as we secure funds for this important need.
